Winter Windmill Pitching program '09

Groups will meet for an hour a week for 10 weeks in the Winter.

Pitchers will be grouped according to age and past experience.

Lauren Every will be instructing the Sunday groups from 10 am to 2 pm.

Lauren Every will also be instructing on Sunday evening from 5 pm to 8 pm

Cost: $210

MLK Day Softball Hitting w/ Tim Kerns

Class will be held 3 - 5 pm age brackets 3rd - 5th grade / 6th - 8th grade

$50 only work out w/ in your own age group

Clinic will focus on the fundamentals to develop a consistent and proper swing.

Session will include video breakdown of a proper swing from:

stance - trigger - impact - follow through.

Bring your batting gloves because lots of quality swings await each player.
